Welcome to Stoke Newington Sixth Form, a key part of a school with a national reputation for innovation and creativity and rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Students from the Sixth Form go to many of the top universities in the country to study subjects including maths and economics, philosophy, physics and art.

It is a vibrant place to study and our students are confident, independent learners who are academically successful and encouraged to develop a great many other interests. The Sixth Form is situated in its own dedicated space and has an internet café with wi-fi access and a study room with ICT facilities. Student laptops have wireless connectivity, particularly useful for accessing the school’s Virtual Learning Environment.

Throughout their time in the Sixth Form, our students are guided to increasing academic and personal independence including development of our key qualities of enquiry and perseverance. By developing links with companies and prestigious cultural organisations such as the Barbican we aim to provide students with access to the industries that interest them and outstanding opportunities to enhance their CVs and UCAS applications.

We are part of the North Hackney 6th Form Partnership with Skinners School for Girls and Our Ladies Convent School – both of which are mixed at Sixth Form. The partnership enables us to offer a wide range subjects at all levels for our sixth form students. The course offer combines expertise, experience and knowledge from all three institutions providing exciting and challenging studies and allows a greater breadth of A level offer and flexibility in terms of student choice.

Details and entry requirements for courses coming soon.
