There was an incident at the school gate this afternoon involving some threatening behaviour from some non school young people.

For information, four or five young men approached the school gate at school leaving time, one threw a bottle towards our students. A number of staff were on duty. We called the police, had the school gate closed and moved our students inside for safety or away from the gate.

There will be a police presence on site during the school day and at the end of school for the forthcoming period.
